Meet the Management Team

J. Ma, Ph.D.

Managing Director, Operations

Dr. Ma studied nuclear engineering and had about 10 years research experience in advanced I&C technologies for nuclear power plants. Dr. Ma also has 8+ years industrial experience, designing digital control systems for a multi-unit nuclear generating station.

Y. Liu, M. Eng.

Managing Director, Engineering

Mr. Liu is an seasoned trainer of Functional Safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 62061, IEC 60880, IEC 60987, IEC 62138, IEC 62566, etc.), auditor for functional safety management systems, assessor for safety products, and member of the CSA group (functional safety division). Mr. Liu has over 13 years working experience with industrial and process control, automotive, nuclear power plants, security, machinery, household appliance software, medical device software, and so on.

L. Zheng, P.Eng., PMP

Managing Director, Projects

Ms. Zheng is a highly skilled and experienced leader in utilities, a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 18 years of expertise. Ms. Zheng specializes in valve and flow control products with a rigorous passion to bring project plans to realization.
